Cancel your subscription
Open Subscription & Billing to review your current plan and available cancellation options. The billing screen and payment provider show the applicable effective date and remaining access.
Request a refund
If you believe a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, or a service was not delivered as ordered, contact support with your order number, payment date and a description of the issue. Eligibility is reviewed against the applicable order terms and circumstances.
What to include
Include the order number, account email, date of payment, the amount charged, and a clear description of your request. Do not send your full card number or password.
Review and response
Support reviews the payment record and the circumstances of each request. This page does not guarantee a refund or a processing deadline. Any approved refund is handled through the applicable payment provider.
